Jeff Strong
Managing Partner
Jeff oversees the project management team that implements the overall process including entitlements, due diligence, project scope, team selection, contract negotiations, and project cost monitoring. Over the years, Jeff has provided clients with turn-key real estate solutions from big-box redevelopment projects, to retail/restaurant build-outs, and shopping center repositioning.
Jeff grew up in Plano, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University where he received his BA. Jeff has always been entrepreneurial and began his real estate career buying and selling houses. He has bought and sold over 400 homes.
More than ten years ago Jeff began his venture into commercial real estate brokering and managing properties. Shortly after that, he started purchasing properties for development with his business partner, Sean Porter. They have acquired over two million square feet in Texas and across the country. These properties range from big-box retail stores to shopping centers, and industrial/warehouse buildings. Jeff has been married for 25 wonderful years and has three children. Jeff holds his Texas Real Estate license and is also an ICSC member.
